Our gowns generally range between $1,000 & $2,500 NZD. However, the prices can vary from country to country depending on import taxes and duties. Please email your closest stockist for more details or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We use the NZ/AU standard sizing system and all gowns can be ordered in sizes 6 through 16. Some styles are able to be made outside of this range so please contact your stockist or email email@example.com for further information.
We advise ordering your gown at least 6 months prior to your wedding, this ensures we can stay small and personal. We prefer our brides to receive their gown at least one month prior to their wedding date.
If your wedding is sooner than the time required to make your dress please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what’s possible for you.
Rush orders are available for an extra fee. If there is less than 6 months prior to your wedding date you will need to contact us prior to placing your order to discuss your options. email@example.com
Once you have decided on the perfect dress and added it to your shopping cart, full payment is required. It generally takes between 2-4 months for your gown to be made and quality checked. We like to have your gown ready for pick up or delivery at least one month prior to your wedding date in case alterations are required.
Your measurements act as a guide and the gown will be made to the closest dress size that each part of your body fits, so your bust, waist, and hips may place you in different size categories, which is very normal, everyone’s sizing is different.
The length of the gown is rounded up to the nearest 5cm increment, eg: 152cm will be 155cm in length.

If you are ordering on our website simply choose the dress size in the drop-down menu that you generally fit and we will be in touch to request your size/measurements once you place your order. We have a great system in place to make you feel as confident and comfortable as possible.

Alterations are common upon completion of your gown to ensure a perfect fit and alteration costs are to be covered by the bride.
Proper storage of wedding gowns is very important to ensure that the original appearance of the gown is preserved and that damage is prevented. It is important to select a storage area that is cool, dark, dry and free from heat, moisture, and insects.
Boho Bridal will supply all local brides with a breathable garment bag and if ordering online you have the option to purchase a garment bag. Please ensure you keep your gown in this bag before and after the wedding for preservation. We suggest having your gown dry-cleaned prior to storage as watermarks and perspiration can yellow over time.
Yes, not all color options are shown on the website. If you would like a custom colour please contact us to discuss your options. firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer set customisations for each particular gown. We put a great deal of thought into each design and decide on the best options and finishings for each design. If you wish to make any further customisations please email us to discuss prior to purchase. A customisation fee will be charged. email@example.com
Our custom made service is limited to two customers per month. Please email us with your ideas and we will let you know if we can be of assistance. Due to our collection being in high demand we can only offer two custom designs per month.
We have lots of brides planning to lose weight and tone up before their special day, which is no problem at all. Alterations are always common upon completion of your gown to ensure a perfect fit, and our gowns are very easily altered by a professional seamstress.
If you order well in advance of your wedding day we can confirm your size before your gown goes into production, at least 6 months prior to your wedding date.

Yes, our Boho Bridal store in New Plymouth is by appointment only.
We have a one-off fee of $20 for all required appointments. The appointments last approximately 1 hour which is enough time to try on 4-8 gowns. During that time you will be one on one with a Boho Bridal pro who will help you find your perfect gown.
We have seating room for up to 4 of your guests so please bring along family and/or friends to help you with the big decision. Please note that we do allow you to take photos during fittings.
If you already have the shoes and/or undergarments that you intend to wear on the big day then please bring them.
Firstly, we will put you in contact with the nearest stockist so that hopefully you can try on the gown and purchase locally. If this is not possible then yes, we deliver worldwide.
Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We always recommend to all of our international brides to check with their import/customs department for an estimate cost, so you are aware of any charges that you may be required to pay.
Yes, we use Paypal as our security facility. If you don't have a Paypal account you can easily enter your Credit Card details.
Our sample gowns are used for customer appointments, photo shoots, and bridal expos, therefore they are not available to be sent away for our brides to try on. We will direct you to your nearest stockist or alternatively, we are more than happy to send you a fabric swatch of the gown to help you gain a feel for the fabrics.
We have a rigorous professional quality control check in place to ensure fabrics and workmanship are of the highest standard. We want your gown to be absolutely perfect, so in the rare event of any manufacturing fault, we will happily repair your gown.
