TERMS OF USE OF AGREEMENT 

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below.  Please read them carefully.  By using bohobridal.co.nz (“this Website”), you agree to be bound by the terms of use outlined above and below and also to the provisions of our Privacy Policy. Boho Bridal reserves the right at any time to change or add to this Website, including these terms of use.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Boho Bridal reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.  Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

LIABILITY

Boho Bridal, including our owners, partners, employees and other third parties associated with running this Website are not liable to the maximum extent permitted by law to you or anyone else for any loss of income, profit, contracts, goodwill or financial loss or damage without limitation suffered as a result of negligence or otherwise arising in connection with use of this Website or the products sold on it.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. Countries with the nominated currencies of USD, AUD or GBP will be charged in these currencies. All other non-specified currencies are charged in NZD – the prices showing on the website are approximate and the actual exchange rate charged on your credit card are set by your bank or credit card provider.

CANCELLATION FEE

If you need to cancel your order in extreme circumstances, you can only do so providing your gown hasn’t begun production. There is a $300 cancellation fee to cover the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production and pattern preparation associated with your order. You must contact hello@bohobridal.co.nz to discuss the circumstances surrounding the cancellation well in advance of your production date.

DELIVERY

The delivery times provided by this Website are estimates only however, all orders require a minimum of 5 months to manufacture and deliver. We prefer our brides receive their gown at least 1 month prior to their wedding date. Boho Bridal will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.  For further information on deliveries please refer to our ‘Info’ page.

TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES 

There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. The amount charged is at the discretion of the customs agency within the destination country and is determined, in part, by the value of the item/s. It is illegal to falsify customs declarations. Payment of duties and taxes are due at collection/delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional cost will be added prior to purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

Custom Made Bridal

As your dress is made especially for you, to your dress size and height, we are unable to offer returns.  All our items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing is of the highest standard.  In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for a replacement or repair, in this case you must contact hello@bohobridal.co.nz within 7 days of receipt of the item, and returned to us within 14 days if located in New Zealand and 21 days for overseas customers.   

Postage will be paid by Boho Bridal in the event of a manufacturing fault, however for any alterations, freight cost will be on-charged to the customer.  Any dresses being returned must be returned in the original packaging.

Ready to Wear Bridal

You may exchange your Boho Bridal ready to wear purchase for any reason, subject to adherence to these terms.

Exchange are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your garment, you must contact hello@bohobridal.co.nz to arrange your item to be returned.  Once confirmed we must receive your item within 14 days if located in New Zealand or 21 days if located overseas.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.  Any tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.

In the event of a manufacturing fault, return postage will be paid by Boho Bridal. However, in the event of a change of mind, then you will be liable for any additional postage and the purchase of the new.

ALTERATIONS

If for any reason there is a fault with your dress, we are happy to arrange a courier for our International brides and a reply pay for our domestic brides for the dress to be sent back to us for full assessment. If you choose to have your dress altered by a party other than Boho Bridal, you will be liable for this cost.

If upon receiving your Boho Bridal gown you are not happy with the fit, we welcome you to contact our customer service team before making any alterations (hello@bohobridal.co.nz). If you choose to not return your gown to us to be accessed, you are liable for any alterations costs.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICE 

This Website is owned and operated by Boho Bridal. Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Boho Bridal.

You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose.  No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without Boho Bridal’s prior written permission.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.  Any unauthorised use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
